Olga Baram

With the kind of know-how that comes from over 15 years of successfully selling Long Island Real Estate, Olga can handle the most complicated transactions. That, combined with her insight into the Smithtown Community, has made Olga our local expert at putting together smooth, trouble-free transactions – over 1500 of them!

Olga is a dynamo, working full-time (and then some) at her profession and a successful leader of an assertive Town & Country Homes Team. Olga is giving back to the Real Estate Community by serving as a Director of zone 24 of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island from 2006 till present, the MLSLI Advertising Committee in 2006 as well as Risk Management Committee for 2007.

Olga came to the United States as a teenager from Russia with her family in 1989. Her College Education in Marketing Management and Business Administration provides strong background in day-to-day marketing and negotiations. A Long Island resident since 1997, Olga has been instrumental in assisting developers and builders with design and development of many New Home Communities. Her first hand knowledge of custom home construction makes her a valuable advisor to builders and new home buyers across Long Island.
